We, at EZHosiery.com, thought this process to be informative and thus would like to briefly share this special HYD production process with all of our customers.
The whole HYD production process is carried out in Italy.
Each garment undergoes a strict manual quality control.
The fibers and yarns that will be used in the texture of all the garments are carefully selected, then each garment is cut and proceeded to be sewn (with flat seams), including a brand label.
The process continues with ironing to form, dyeing and finally to the last step when the garment is made up.
HYD has managed to combine to perfection the latest technological advances and the most innovative fibers in the making of every one of their garments, granting them an exclusive character of the highest quality.
The use of dyes that are non-aggressive for the skin and environment-friendly make HYD an innovative trademark.
Their environmentally friendly use of dyes during the entire production process has achieved them Awards.
